Voluntary commitment – Employee as examiner for the Chamber of Industry and Commerce
Since 2012, our employee Daniel has been working as an honorary examiner for the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
The trained aircraft mechanic takes over the practical intermediate and final examinations of apprentices in the same training occupation. For this purpose, the examiners of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce attend two advanced training courses a year and volunteer on four additional examination days. BFFT aeromotive supports Daniel in his voluntary engagement and grants him special leave for the days he spends on his honorary position.
“The honorary activity as examiner at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce is a win-win situation. On the one hand, the trainees benefit from competent examiners with many years of practical experience. On the other hand, the examiners bring the newly acquired knowledge to their companies,” says Ralf Rudolf, Managing Director of BFFT aeromotive GmbH.
