Mobility in the 3rd dimension – Michigan Ross University visits BFFT aeromotive
As part of the “Urban Air Mobility” project supported by the European Commission, the city of Ingolstadt is researching the use of electronic aerial vehicle for the mobility of the future. The aerospace specialist BFFT aeromotive is a partner of the city’s initiative. The aerospace service provider based in Ingolstadt received researchers and students from Michigan Ross University from the United States for an international exchange of experience.
BFFT aeromotive is continuously expanding its many years of experience in the aviation industry in order to remain a pioneer in the field of urban mobility. This has happened during an international exchange with researchers and students from Michigan Ross University. The participants discussed the integration of electronic aerial vehicles into the existing transport system and the research of a route network. The experiences of both sides contributed to a very successful meeting as BFFT aeromotive CEO Ralf Rudolf happily confirmed: “The exchange of knowledge with leading research institutions in the field of Urban Air Mobility is elementary to continue being a driver in this segment. The network meeting provided both parties with valuable insights for researching future mobility in theory and practice.
